Gorilla Sock’s products will be shipped and delivered via GLS within 2 to 4 business days, depending on the city of destination.
International orders will be shipped via GLS.
We supply a tracking number for all shipments, both domestic and international, so you can follow your order at the courier’s websites. If you experience delays, please contact email@example.com and we will investigate your order.
All domestic and international orders will be issued with their order tracking number. Gorilla Socks is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail and upon delivery of the product to the courier, and you will assume the risk of loss and title for the product. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges and fees incurred from customs clearance including any duties and additional taxes.
Return and Exchange policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have 30 days from the original transaction date to return it for an exchange or refund. In order to return or exchange you should verify that the product is unworn with labels and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to Gorilla Socks.
If you ask for a refund you will receive the full amount for the goods (original shipping charges will not be refunded). We do not take responsibility for any goods lost during the return shipping.
How to Return or Exchange
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your name, email, order number, which goods you wish to return. Along with a feedback concerning the return.
If you have requested an exchange, we will process it as quickly as possible upon receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when processed. Refunds are also processed shortly after receipt.
