Shipping policy
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Gorilla Calze products will be shipped and delivered via DHL express courier within 2-4 business days, depending on the destination city.
DELIVERY TIMES
We provide a tracking number for all shipments, both domestic and international, so you can track your order on the courier's websites.
If you experience delays, please contact Orders@gorilla-socks.com and we will investigate the status of your order.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
All domestic and international orders will be issued with a tracking number. Gorilla Calze is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail and/or upon delivery to the courier. You are responsible for any additional shipping costs and fees incurred by customs clearance, including any duties and taxes.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied after receiving your order, you have 30 days from the original transaction date to return it for an exchange or refund. To return or exchange, please ensure the product is unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping is FREE, while exchanges require you to pay the shipping costs again.
If you request a refund, you will receive the full amount of the merchandise (original shipping costs will not be refunded). We are not responsible for any merchandise lost during return shipping.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE
You will always find a return label in the original shipping packaging. If not, please email us at Orders@gorilla-socks.com and include your name, email, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. Please also include feedback regarding the return.
PROCESSING TIME
If you've requested an exchange, we'll process it as quickly as possible upon receipt of the original product. You'll receive a confirmation email once processing is complete. Refunds are processed shortly after receipt.
