Where we ship

We ship to Italy and across the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Carrier, costs and delivery times

• Italy - Express: €7.00, delivery in 1 to 4 business days.
• Italy - Standard: €5.00, delivery in 5 to 8 business days.
• Rest of Europe - International Express: €14.00, delivery in 2-4 business days.
• Free shipping on orders of €45 or more, in Italy and Europe.

We ship with an express courier (GLS). Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and times are indicative: the estimated date is shown at checkout. As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the parcel on the carrier's website.

Prices, VAT and customs

Prices include VAT. Shipments within the European Union do not incur customs duties. The exact total, including shipping, is always shown before you confirm your order.

Delays, delivery and risk of loss

Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract (Article 61 of the Italian Consumer Code). The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you receive them; until then we are responsible. On delivery, check that the parcel is intact and, in case of damage or delay, write to orders@gorilla-socks.com: we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

Wrong address or uncollected parcel

Please check your address carefully before confirming. If the parcel is returned to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment, which may be charged to you.
